Cancellations for same-day delivery orders must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If the order is already in preparation or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

For Future Delivery Orders:

For orders scheduled for a future date, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we follow a strict return policy to ensure product quality and freshness.

Returns are not accepted for fresh flowers unless the flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or do not match the order specifications (e.g., incorrect bouquet or missing items).

Refunds:

If there is an issue with the flowers you received, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and a description of the issue. Upon review, we may offer a replacement or a partial/full refund based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom bouquets and personalized floral arrangements are non-refundable unless there is a proven issue with the product.

 

3. Return & Refund Policy for Non-Perishable Products

 

For non-floral products (e.g., vases, gifts, and accessories), the following policy applies:

Returns:

Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Refunds for non-perishable products will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
